Return, Exchange and Cancellation

​

  • An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing.

  • If the product is received in a broken form or you are dissatisfied with it, please share a picture at info@gardenup.in and we will arrange for a replacement wherever possible. However, for any complaints after 24 hours of delivery, a replacement can not be offered

Privacy & Safety

We ask our users to share their information on the website only in two scenarios.

 1) Newsletter- if you wish to subscribe to our newsletter. We share monthly or seasonal gardening and home decor related information on your submitted email through our newsletter. If you have made a purchase with our store, it automatically adds you to our website subscriber list and you will start receiving our newsletter.  You can unsubscribe over an email. 2) Store- your details such as address and phone number shared with us while placing the order will only be used to process and fulfil the order.

Payment Methods

  • Credit / Debit Cards and UPI payment to gardenup@upi

  • We use Citrus payment gateway to process credit and debit card payments.

  • If you have chosen 'manual payment' while placing your order, please make the payment to gardenup@upi. We will confirm the order within 24 hours, once the payment has been received.

Shipping and Delivery

  • All the prices shown on the site include shipping charges

  • We partner with the best of delivery services in India such as FedEx, DTDC, Safex etc to ship your order at the earliest.

  • Shipping takes 7-10 days but during holidays and festivals it may take longer.
