Ixora

Soil: Well draining
Water: Whenever the soil looks dry on touching
Sun: 4-5 hours of direct sun

Suitable for: Most parts of India including Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, and similar weather areas.
2. Jasmine
Extremely easy to grow the plant for Indian weather conditions, be it monsoon, summers, or the winters. In India, you will find a bunch of jasmine varieties. Our favorites are Mogra and Chandni. The care for each variety remains the same.
Soil: Any kind (whatever you have access to)
Water: Whenever the soil looks dry on touching add water. Also, note that this plant is quite hardy and can withstand over as well underwatering like hero.
Sun: 4-5 hours of direct sun
Super tip: Monsoon or rainwater can work magic on this plant. You would see exponential growth as well as heavy blooming during the rains.

3. Vinca
If you are a serial plant killer, Vinca flower plant is for you. Getting one Vinca flower from the nursery is enough to cover your garden with flowers within few months. You will spot tiny vincas blooming everywhere as it gets comfortable in your space.

Water: Whenever the soil feels dry on touching add water. If the plant is continuously underwatered you will notice the leaves start drooping. It's important to keep a close eye on watering otherwise it may dry up quickly.
Sun: 4-5 hours of direct sun
Super tip: People new to gardening should start with plants like vinca. Because even if they start to die they can be brought back to life with better care.
Suitable for: Most parts of India excluding the areas that get extreme winters like Himachal, Kashmir, and parts of Uttarakhand. In valley region, like Dehradun, vinca will easily withstand the winters too.
4. Trumpet vine
There are a couple of plant species that grow as a vine and send out trumpet-shaped flowers. Our favorites are cats claw, Bignonias, and Tecoma. The care for all of them remains the same.

Sun: 4-5 hours of direct sun
Super tip: Use a net/mesh along the wall to train the vine and you will soon have a 'flowering wall'.
Suitable for: They do best in moist and mild temperature places, like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, parts of West Bengal. But for extreme places like Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan we would suggest you to skip such vines.
5. Oleander
Kanaer or Oleander is a tall bushy plant that can survive extreme Indian summers as well as winter temperatures. However, the blooming will be restricted to the summer and spring seasons.

Super tip: Deadheading, a method to remove dying flowers helps any flowering plant bloom more.
Suitable for: Tropical areas of the country that receive 4-6 hours of sun for the most part of the year.
