Note: that the junior gardener should always be observing the senior gardener when working together

Trainer to receive: For clearing every level the trainer gardener will receive Rs. 1000 Bonus money on grade A of the trainee, Rs. 800 Bonus on grade B tarinee, Rs. 0 on grade C
