OVERVIEW

A  Content and Communications Associate (CCA) oversees all content operations within the organisation. They will work with video editors, interns, videographer/s,  a team of writer/s and researcher/s to ensure timely delivery of content videos, high quality writing, and uniform adherence to brand style. They will be responsible for all content needs within the organisation, including but not limited to website content, video and script content, social media content and strategy, blogs, and in-house store content and workshops needs. They will also be responsible for scheduling and managing the content for different platforms. 

PRIMARY SKILLS

  1. Collaborative: The CCA  must be capable of clarity in thought, communication, and action, and be able to work with different agencies and team members.

  2. Efficiency: The CCA  must demonstrate excellent time-management and multitasking skills

  3. Editorial Proficiency: The  CCA  must be, above all, an excellent, detail-oriented editor who understands written, verbal, and multimedia communication and has demonstrated proficiency in the same.

CULTURAL FIT WITH GARDEN UP

A potential CCA must align professionally and personally with the value, ethics, and culture at Garden Up. This can be verified through an extensive interview process and by contacting a shortlisted applicants’ references.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

> Social media

Must have an excellent understanding of different social platforms and formats. Must have worked with a social media based brand for atleast 2 years or more.

> Editorial

2 years or more of experience in a writing-editing capacity. Must have a portfolio of published works that can exemplify their quality of writing.  Must be familiar with writing styles required for social media, website content, and scripts. 

> Problem-solving skills

A willingness to accept constructive criticism and turn setbacks into opportunities for growth and improvement. The candidate should also be comfortable working independently and making decisions.

OTHER THINGS YOU MUST KNOW

Since  we are a new company and your work profile will also be evolving with time, we are looking for a candidate open to experimenting and trying new things.

We are right now working in a hybrid model. We currently meet for work twice a week in Navi mumbai and travel to parts of Mumbai for workshops and shoots. The travel for work might increase in coming few days.
